How the service works: Once they have received the voucher, they simply need to call Henry Herbert Tailors to arrange a convenient place and time for the fitting to take place. Inside the voucher are instructions for how they do this – they can call, email or even write to us to make the appointment. Once they have had the fitting for a suit, we will have another subsequent fitting about four weeks later. Four weeks after that their suit will be sent by courier delivery. The cost of delivery of the suit is included in this price and will be sent by courier. Please note there is no charge for visiting a customer within London. If the customer lives outside of London, we will meet them at our Lamb’s Conduit Passage workshop for the fitting.
